I came in with early symptoms of arthritis in my hand and spent several sessions with Kyra Patel. She was terrific and had very practical suggestions, tips, and exercises that seem to have made a difference.

I would give more stars because I enjoyed my therapist but sadly I feel this business is here simply for profit. I guess most of the people in the healthcare industry are now days unfortunately. Healthcare however is one of the few industries that should not be a profit-making business and we need to get insurance and profit out of it. This is why...I was discharged though I very much still needed help... still do. Due to Covid, my car breaking down and the fact I was moving, I didn't call for almost 3 weeks. When I was finally able to try to schedule something I was told they had discharged me. That I guess makes sense if you're in a profit driven biz. But in a "caring" industry, a call to 1) ask if I was OK, and 2) if I wanted to be discharged, would have been SUPER NICE and would not have taken much time. But since I'm a Molina patient and Molina takes a cut of the office's profit and so they barely make any money at all to see me, it's not worth their time to give me a call and/or keep me on. Which is sad for them and me, and simply WRONG for our healthcare industry to be set up this way. I am more than disappointed in it all. Once again, I'll do what I usually do anyway and simply try to figure it out on my own and take care of my self the best I can. :/

My referral was sent to this office on 7/30/2021. That was after having been given a referral to another PT in the area who is booked out until October. I had surgery on my shoulder in 2016 and because my main form of exercise is swimming - I was not able to do that much of pandemic. This created weakness and muscle atrophy in my shoulder which has resulted in 7 dislocations. I am an athletic individual involved in sports my entire life. I was told by my primary physician that I would receive a call from Rebound to schedule and that someone at the office indicated they had openings in the next few weeks. I didn't receive a call and phoned them to make an appointment. The woman answering the phone told me that Molina wouldn't cover my visits because I was not someone presenting immediately post surgery. I questioned her because I've had Molina for some time and have had PT for other things that were not surgery related. Didn't make sense. She became agitated. I am also autistic so if something doesn't make sense to me or I think I am missing information, I will ask more questions. She was so put off that she began talking over me. I asked to speak to a clinic manager to understand what she was saying because if Molina doesn't cover PT before surgery then how was I going to get in 4 months which is what she was telling me because I have no surgery scheduled. Unfortunately, I am also a provider and am aware that Molina has very poor reimbursement rates and when I mentioned this she became even more agitated when I suggested that perhaps the "waitlist" for Molina patients was a way of discriminating against a certain group of people. I requested again to speak to a clinic manager and she said, "I don't feel comfortable answering your questions." Really? She also told me about my tone. I actually can't hear myself talk and tone is something difficult for me to control as part of ASD but I could clearly hear her talking over me the entire time not even wanting to hear me. SO....if you're on Molina waiting for PT you are on a waitlist that essentially says, DO NOT SERVE.

Hi Wendy! Please email me at [email protected] so that we can work with you to get you the care necessary. Your feedback is a great training opportunity for us. I am so sorry that you had a less than pleasant experience with our front office. It is our policy to cal folks and follow up with them so my deepest apologies if this did not happen with you. Again, I would welcome the opportunity to chat with you and see how we can improve and if there is anything we can do to help you at this point in time.
