O STARS----same thing with us-repeated calls and e-mail do not get answered---screw them, if they don't care enough to respond to their clients, they just won't get paid

This is the worst contractor for HUD. How did they land this contract? After paying off my HUD loan, I'm trying to get them to file a lien release. It's been 5 months since my loan was paid-off. The only way to contact them is through Novad. The only thing Novad will do is escalate your case. Still no phone calls or emails from ISN regarding the lien release.

Been waiting for a response since January. A check was sent for payoff of the loan since 2021 and i have received no response on if it was even received. I've called and emailed numerous times.

Requested a payoff 21 days ago. No response, No Answer and No email back. This is there usual though. I am flabbergast how they got the contract to service for HUD as well and they are able to treat the general public with such disregard. They have no care for the financial hardships they put clients through by holding there payoff hostage and also by not answering the phone. But they again I guess they do know, they just don't care.

I worked for them, wait till my story comes out, soon, on how I was treated and eventually had to quit... It will be good. So I can totally see how their customer service would be the same way.
