As a contractor and a parent I am infuriated reading about such acts as what has happened to Mrs. Mathison. This person is getting paid setting an example like this to our children. What will be next. We work hard for our money. Caveat emptor!!!

I am a single mom of two and owner of Fine Floors by Mathison in newtown. I was hired by Marc, the owner, to install very specific colorful carpet tile in the newtown location. Shortly after it was installed he was extremely critical, evasive and frankly very rude! when i try to call, he hangs up on me... He has not paid paid his bill and i believe he has no intentions of doing so. Please think twice before giving your money to this person

I have had nothing but a bad experience with this place. In my experience the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude to parents AND kids.

I am was a kid who went there months ago and i have to tell you to not send your kids there. Because the head staff i saw there screamed to one of toddlers saying YOUR THE WORST KID EVER.
