Scheduling has been awful. Waited 7 months for an appointment. I told them at the time of making the appointment that I was starting to look for work after being a stay-at-home mom, and that far out would be hard to know for sure if it would work. They told me to go ahead and make it and that itd be fine and better to be on the schedule. Then I received the reminder text and called to try and reschedule after starting a new part-time job a month ago. Needless to say, it was not fine and it was not better to get on the schedule. Theresa has been one of the most rude receptionists Ive had the displeasure of talking to. They wanted me to wait another 7 months, despite the reassurances they gave when I expressed my concerns originally if it did not work in 7 months. So Im not upset about waiting, I understand supply and demand. Im upset about feeling lied to by staff that it would be fine and better to be on the schedule. Also, after their reassurances, I also explained that after the new year would work out financially for insurance. But then Jodi sent unnecessary text messages a week later about being ready to make an abutment/crown appointment because inter-office communication is broken because I already told them about the financial reset of insurance in January. Whoever made the appointment did not pass on information. Its too bad Dr. Schmidt cant do all the dental work I have already started, because he is amazing to work with and he knows how to hire great staff. I had the appointment today. The hygienist, Pam, was amazing. No complaints about care or answering my questions. Dr. Heubner paid attention to my scheduling and professionalism concerns that I addressed with him.
