      In advance, I would like to apologize for the bad experience you have had. Unfortunately moving from another state is not easy and is quite confusing. Unfortunately the process of applying for insurance, especially coming from another state, is more detailed. Monday and Friday are the busiest days in the office and unfortunately due to the reduction in workers, it makes it more difficult for us to be able to give you the attention you deserve, but with great pleasure.
