Hello: I recently purchased some sweat shirts for my family with the Alabama State logo. The website states custom embroidered seal. It all looked and sounded great. However, when I received my shirts it was very upsetting because the products were very cheap. I reached out to the owner Jessica and stated my concerns. She replied I have never had anyone to tell me that. Unfortunately, we dont give refunds because it was custom made. I replied, ok. Nothing custom made about a Gildane Sweat Shirt with an iron on patch. Now, I wasnt asking for a refund, I would have gladly spent the $350 plus dollars on a different product. This experience doesnt keep me from buying online products. It just keeps me from buying products from Bedazzlememore. I am ashame to wear it. Look at the pic.
