        I had an appointment at 4pm on 4/7 I get there at 3:50pm I dont get acknowledged another couple walks in after me which I get their appointment was probably before mine but I dont know that. They get greeted and helped. At 4:08pm I decide to ask if Im going to be helped because my appointment was at 4pm so thats when I find out theyre short staffed but it would of been nice if I was also at least informed that it would be a minute instead of being ignored.

        Had an appointment for 11:00, get there just before the appointment time and someone hiding in their little cubicle says: "Be WiTh YoU iN jUsT a MiNuTe." As 15 minutes go by, another tax employee walks in with a customer and sits down with her as I'm still ignored and waiting. After checking what the deal is, I am told that they're busy with a prior appointment and it will be 20 or more minutes as the two employees continue talking and chatting away. They have the gall to say I can reschedule for another day or time. Went to H&R Block and was seen as soon as I walked in. This place sucks and so do the "staff" don't jvela have someone make an appointment only to ignore it and not honor it. So I went to H&R Block and was seen immediately to file my theftation taxes. Everyone should go to any other tax company other than this dump, they're absolutely useless human trash.
