        They only care about money, not animals. When I found a dog on the highway and sought help, they didn't even try. As a truck driver from California passing by, instead of advising me on the closest shelter just a few miles away, they tried to charge a large sum to do unnecessary and unhelpful procedures. This is a big L for a businesses dealing with pets.

        I havent heard from these people in almost a YEAR. I dont even live in Alabama anymore, I moved two states away last may to be with my dad who went on hospice. they tried to charge me $700 something for the pet membership that I was told I could cancel at anything when I signed up and I called and told them I didnt want it a few months in because I wasnt impressed with the care my pets received. They said ok. I just checked my credit report and they sent an unpaid amount to collections and collections JUST sent it to my credit report. They did one for each animal. Dont get a membership. The vets are nice but what we got with a special needs pet was subpar. Ive been having my dog continue to come to this location to get her haircuts (she stays with my in-laws for now because my dad didnt want a pet in the house) but she will not be coming back for grooming.

        Entire staff always go overboard serving my fur baby and myself. Although she doesn't really get thrilled about a trip to the doctor she doesn't get upset or stressed out Been using banfield with our last 3 babies over 12 years.
