      SWA is by appointment only as is stated on our website, social media, listings, our voicemail and posted hrs at location. You didn't have an appointment and I didn't say I would be waiting. Answered the phone, after speaking with you the first time, when got done driving to Law Enforcement Agency I told you about, that SWA had meeting with (before you ever called). Told you I didn't know when I would be back. Also called once I got out of the meeting to try to accommodate your last minute request even before I saw this. However your voicemail isn't setup.
