$50 deposit and yet there were roaches we had to kill in our room and they wanted to charge us for leaving dirty towels from taking a bath

The beds were ok to sleep in other than that, a very bad experience and way over priced. The walls were gross and dirty. The water in the shower turned lukewarm very quickly. They had a $50 deposit on top of your regular room rate. The paper they give you states all the things to not do to get it back. When I checked out they went to the room that I left very clean and organized, came back with a wash cloth that my 12 yr old got a little makeup on and said they're charging me for it......and these towels all had pre existing stains. I chose this hotel because it was just one night and I was just picking the cheapest rate. For what I paid, we could have stayed in a way nicer hotel. There are plenty in the area. don't waste your money on this place.

Came here cause it said pet friendly, wasn't at all. No pets over twenty pounds and an extra deposit for pets. Worst breakfast I've ever seen, there literally was only dry cereal with no milk. Literally just coffee and that was it. Just a bunch of sorry notes instead of any kind of anything to eat. No pets, no breakfast, worst front desk ever. Room was decent water was luke warm at best. Left hungry and bummed, snuck my dog in after they lied about being pet friendly. Wheres the zero star option.
