Ryan did my taxes the last two times. At first I thought I was unfamiliar with the terms and laws and he seem to do a good job especially in that I had sold my home and wasnt sure of how this would affect my taxes. I returned this year as an established client. I was sent a packet of forms to gather and then bring them to the office the last week of March 2023. I brought them the middle of March and you can imagine my surprise when I get an email on Friday 4/14 saying Ryan had gotten an extension. I didnt know why this had occurred and never got a phone call from Ryan. When I called the office on Monday 4/17, he was pleased that he had received an extension. When I told him I had research the situation, I found that I still had to pay my taxes by 4/18 plus a late fee. Then in June I had to call the office to see where my tax preparation was and finally was told they were finished. I was due a refund from the government and still had to pay the full preparation fee to Ryan. This is poor customer service.
