The tech Forest came by, took a look at the system, and gave me a rundown of everything that was a concern whether it was minor or major. He was on time, courteous, and incredibly thorough in explaining each part of his diagnosis. He didn't make anything seem more urgent than it was, and my system was running well enough to stand pat. So I didn't make any moves at the time because money was tight.
Fast forward 2 months, I called Harmon Mechanical back to take some action on the diagnoses Forest had made earlier in the summer. Again, he was prompt and throrough, and I opted to get a full fix of each of the items that needed attention.
The system has been running fantastic since his diagnosis. He was even kind enough to clean my filter and air ducts! Fantastic service, fantastic experience. They're going to be my next call when my system needs attention.
