Management seems to believe that overselling most beautiful park in Auburn justifies charging significantly more for lot rent then alternative parks in the area.
Lot rent includes: nothing. (Unlike other parks garbage is not picked up & must be taken to one of 2 dumpster areas)
Internet, grass (v strict on their summer weekly cuts), cable, water, power are all separate.
I would suggest looking into other parks if you are truly a college student looking to live affordable, at the rates lot rent is increasing (2nd increase in a year age a half.. from $200 this time last year $220 to $300 effective Jan 2022), youre getting a better deal at somewhere like Ridgewood (lot rent $285 & includes water, yard care & picks up trash twice a week) or Gentilly (lot rent $295 & includes water, garbage pickup, grass mowing, cable & internet)
