SPA DEL

My experience with Spa Del was very disappointing. The facilities look marvelous, however the attitude of one worker made everything horrific. I was going to board my chocolate lab, until a lady named Sherry gave me unacceptable attitude. She was very disrespectful towards me and was extremely disorganized. I have no idea what her deal was, but she lost me as a potential client and is going to lose several others by my word of mouth.

I have done doggy day care and boarded my dog here many times. He always comes home so happy but exhausted! He spends the whole day playing outside, and he could not love it more. He even gets so excited every time we pull into the parking lot, because he knows he is going to have a great time here. I love that they give camera access on the app while they are at day care or in their boarding room, so I can check to see what he is doing. I love seeing him playing in the bone pool on the cameras.The staff is always so kind and efficient, and I can fully trust them with the care of my dog. I could not recommend this place more!
