Multiple car break ins in their parking . My friends car was completely damaged. All wondows were broken and all belongings were missing . And they dnt help much . Dnt cover.

I wanted to write this review as my form of appreciation to 20 Midtown for the work and explanation that they put in to address the car break ins on the ground floor today and the past couple days. As someone who had my car broken into today, I found that 20 Midtown was amazing in addressing this difficult situation and even helped us and others secure safe parking and for this I am extremely grateful. So thank you to everyone in the office for everything you do. Other reasons for my 5 star rating is, I understand that some people may think the pricing is a little high, but you are paying not just for a within-walking distance publix, starbucks and other local businesses, but also for an amazing and attentive team who are quick to respond to work orders, concerns and complaints to ensure satisfactory living conditions. We also have a cat, and Midtown has been absolutely perfect with working with us whenever required maintenance is needed by working around our schedule for maintenance to come in. Having lived in several different apartments in the Birmingham area from five points to railroad park and now here, I can absolutely say for certain that 20 Midtown is THE BEST complex that my girlfriend and I have lived in, and I absolutely recommend it for their priority towards resident safety and family-oriented living here. Shoutout to Selena, and thank you to all of the staff for all that you do. : )

Was thinking about staying here but my friend stays here and he said that his car got broken into and the employees did nothing about it. I dont feel safe coming to these apartments.

Dont live here if you want zero help from management. Multiple car breaks in and they refuse to show security footage including to the police. What is the point of cameras if youre incapable of using them? Probably a way to get you to spend that extra money for secure parking. They also demand more than whats stated on your contract to break a lease. Also they will threaten to evict you if you post a bad review so good luck!
