Classic Collision

Awful experience! They were supposed to fix something small on my car after a wreck. The car was new. They ended up burning my seats and had to replace them. That was fine because I understand everyone makes mistakes. When I got my car back I noticed a huge burn under the back passenger seat. I also noticed my middle console was burned. I made the company aware. I was told they ordered the part. They would fix the other burn when the parts came in. About seven months or more passed and I was still getting excuses on why the part havent came in. I eventually just gave up and my car never got fixed.

I tried to use this business. Little to no help from the front desk. I needed some estimates and couldn't get them. I couldn't get a straight answer on the steps I needed to take. I have one repair going thru the insurance and one repair we would like to pay personally. It seemed like they would give me an estimate for the one we were paying out of pocket but wouldn't for the one going thru insurance. It seemed like they didn't want to waste their time if I wasn't 100% sure that I wanted to use them. That only seals the deal that I will not be using them. don't understand the method to their madness. It sounds silly too because I am having trouble putting into words what happened.

The best auto body shop Ive ever dealt with, and unfortunately Ive dealt with a few. Start to finish the best experience ever. Completely efficient, professional, and finished faster than expected. Couldnt be happier with the repair, and they even detailed the interior. I highly recommend them.
