I chose Kreps Law Firm, LLC to handle my case because Kreps has been used MANY times by many people and they have experience in the traffic ticket field. The most important aspect of my case to me was I believed the ticketing trooper did an illegal procedure in ticketing me. Kreps Law Firm addressed the most important aspect of my case by giving me options.

Kreps Law Firm effectively fought for my rights and reduced the effect of the charges pending against me by going to court for me without me having to miss work and make the long trip there to court. Before I had Kreps Law Firm working on my case, I felt that I had been done wrong and the charge was unreasonable. During the course of the representation, I felt that I made the right choice hiring Kreps Law Firm and I had somebody on my side. Now that the case is over, I feel relieved that my driving record has been protected especially since this is the way I make a living for my family.

I chose Kreps Law Firm, LLC to handle my case because I am out of state and wanted to dispute my traffic ticket without having to return to Alabama. The most important aspect of my case to me was getting the ticket dismissed because I was not in fact speeding. My engine light was on and I was worried about it, so I was going less that the speed limit when I was pulled over. I believe the officer pulled over the wrong car. Kreps Law Firm addressed the most important aspect of my case by successfully arguing the case on my behalf in Municipal Court.

I received a reckless driving charge on my motorcycle. I was just going to pay the ticket but after some research I found that the penalties were more than I was willing to risk so I decided to get an attorney. While looking for what the charges could amount to I came across a video of Joseph going over what you should know about reckless driving. Since I received most the info during my search from his video I decided to give him a call. He had the case postponed first of all which was important because I had an important trip. On the day of court he was on time and I could see that he had a good rapport with the DA which I imagine helps. Long story short I ended up with traffic school and the charges dismissed.
