10000/10. Dr Aiken took the time to thoroughly answer all questions I had about crowns and was very good at explaining everything to help me feel more comfortable about proceeding. He took extra time out of his day to make sure all of my questions were answered to the best of his ability. The staff is also extremely friendly and patient, I HIGHLY recommend this practice.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Aiken and the incredible team at Inverness SMILES! From the moment I walk in, Sunny at the front desk greets me with a warm smile and makes me feel right at home. The entire staff is so personable and friendly, which really helps to alleviate any nerves I may have about visiting the dentist. Dr. Aiken is not only highly skilled and professional, but he also takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand. He truly cares about his patients well-being and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. I highly recommend Inverness SMILES to anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience. If you need a dentist this is the one. This is owned by a husband and wife and both of them are amazing. Theyre sweet theyre patient and informative and respectful. This is where I went after not had seen a dentist for about 20 years, and Im so happy I found this place I wont go anywhere else. Dr. Aiken took his time and did an amazing job taking care of my teeth which I had let get out of hand I had build up and cavities and a broken crown. He gave me options on treatment to choose from he really went above and beyond and he was nothing but respectful and made me feel very comfortable. His wife, sunny will greet you with smiles and kindness. Just a great place you wont regret going to. Id give them 100 stars if that was an option. Thank you Inverness smiles!

Dr. Aiken and Sunny are the best. Theyre super patient, welcoming, and understanding, and they have a lot of cool life experience that makes them relatable and fun. I had some serious dental anxiety from past dentist traumatic events, but at this clinic, I didnt feel that at all. You get to watch Netflix while you get your procedure, and you fill out a card that tells what kind of behaviors will make you feel more comfortable and relaxed. Id never seen that before. It was so nice. My concerns were to not feel rushed and that the doctor explains everything, so Dr. Aiken made sure to explain my radiograph tooth by tooth and always communicate what he was doing. He fixed some previous work that had decay underneath. I wish I lived in Alabama just to go to this clinic because I would actually look forward to it. Every time Im in the U.S., I will make it a priority to go back. Dont put it off from fear. Just make an appointment on their online portal, and you will be glad you did. Thank you for existing!
