Stay was delightful until the manager had an issue with my emotional support animal. Tried telling me that they only allow emotional support dogs, no other type of animal! Even though their policies state otherwise!!! Get it right embassy get better about your staff!!

I checked in on my app the day before my stay and even had a room number. Got to the hotel and received a different room but it only had 1 king bed instead of the 2 queen beds that I had reserved. I have a family of 4 so how do you expect us to sleep in a king bed. Now I've seen two other groups get told they don't have any rooms available. Why not call these people ahead of time to keep them from showing up when you can't honor their reservation? Rooms: Terrible

We loved our stay here! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious. Nice restaurant and bar. The pool was indoor and open so that was fun! Our family would definitely stay here again.

Do not stay here. First thing worth noting was that this feedback was provided to Hilton immediately after stay via survey. Have not received any feedback or follow up from Hilton in the two weeks since. At check in I did not receive Hilton Honors gift. Room had multiple pieces of damaged furniture, a dirty floor, damaged doors and walls and no silverware or dinnerware. Linens for fold out couch were soiled. Pool and hot tub had a green tint. We assumed this was due to the color of the pool walls, but found out from our children, after they got out of the pool, that they could see algae growing on the walls in the corner of the pool. No towels were in the pool room. Asked the front desk for pool towels on three separate occasions, 30+ minutes after initial inquiry a handful of towels were provided. Another guest accidentally went out exterior door and set off alarm in pool room. Alarm rang for nearly 30 minutes before staff turned off. Line for hospitality was ridiculous. Spent the entire hospitality time in line waiting for one drink. We specifically book at Hilton facilities to avoid experiences like this. We would have left and went to a different hotel if we werent already exhausted from 16 hours of travel that day. The facility generally feels like the staff doesnt care; the amenities and maintenance reflect that. This wasnt the worst hotel experience Ive ever had, but the room was 4x more expensive than the last similar experience I had. Do not stay here. Rooms: Room had excessive wear and tear. Multiple damaged pieces of furniture. Bedroom door had a 6+ crack in it. No dinner or silverware was provided in the room.
