I was grateful for the advice Mr Richard gave to my wife on the older house I live in...smiling I try to explain these kind of technical problems to my wife, she gives me a blank stare. When she explain to me the advice Mr Richard gave her, I knew right then and there, this guy is an expert within his chosen industry.
