Conserva Irrigation of South Birmingham

I had two sprinkler heads that weren't working, and after several hours of trying to figure out the problem myself (including digging, removing heads, trying to isolate the "leak", etc), I threw in the towel and found Conserva online. Based on the reviews, I was actually little skeptical because they were all so positive, but the service lived up to those reviews. John came out and after listening to me explain my issue, had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes. He explained how I could fix it and I'm pretty sure would have not charged me for the visit, but at that point I was just ready to be done with it, so I asked if he could handle it. He said he could but would have to come back after finishing another job, which he did. He gave me an estimate upfront, fixed the problem quickly (it was exactly what he had diagnosed) and also taught me a few things about my system that have already paid dividends when I replaced another sprinkler head. I very rarely leave reviews, but in this case it is warranted. John could not have been more professional and helpful, and I would 100% use Conserva -South Birmingham again and recommend them to anyone having irrigation system issues.
