        Great training! The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Wonderful exercise, discipline and practical self defense for kids and adults, male or female. As a former law enforcement officer,I recommend this training and this location to teach women and young girls how to defend themselves from an attacker. Tournament training is also available for those that are looking for more competition than self defense. Call the staff with any questions. Try a free class. The instructors will put you in a Gi and let you participate in a class to see how much fun and exciting training at Gracie Barra Greystone location can be.
