The service area had food all over the counter..person fixing the food was also taking payments..was not enough employees working..

The server on the front line had a very bad attitude not only towards me but a few other customers before me. When I told her I had been through the line once already and had been waiting for 15 minutes because some of the ingredients weren't fresh so I requested it and waited to be served again, she was even more rude and said that she didn't have to deal with this and that she had a line to clear. She then proceeded to the next customer and was rushing them as they were deciding what they wanted to order. The manager didn't do anything except continue working acting as if nothing was going on. The first server told me that he has been at work since 9AM and had not had a break/lunch break or anything to eat since he'd arrived for his shift. This is not the first time I've had an awful experience at this location. Maybe the employees should have some mandatory customer service training. I'm very upset about this experience and don't want to go back to this location which is closer to my residence.
