Jim called me back and responded quickly on a Friday late evening. Because of his quick response and lowest rate out of 4 lenders Ive decided to send in the initial paperwork and lock the rate the next day on Saturday. Next Monday the other lenders tried to reach out match and compete with Jims offer. The quick turnaround time of about two weeks for the whole refinancing process was impressive! My closing cost was about $1000-2000 less than the other lenders offers, whos interest-rates were actually higher. Any issues or speed bumps that arose during the underwriting process, was expedited and solved by Jim immediately. What was most important to me that there were no surprises before and during closing! Honesty and Integrity, without over promising made this typically painful process exciting and DONE!
