Ian was highly recommended by our realtor; even after working with our financial institution where our relationship is we still decided to go with Ian and team. Working with Ian and team was by far the most ideal experience for someone in the market for a home. Im very detail oriented and never felt out of the loop or misinformed. Many of my questions were addressed before I could ask them! Both verbal and written communications were timely, well informed and professional. Our purchase got quite complicated. Ian and his team answered every question in good time. I hadn't realized how much work is involved in his side of purchasing a home. This is the third time I have gotten a mortgage through Ian.
