Mr. Niyah, based on my review of the records, there was nothing that I could legitimately file a lawsuit for. I hope you and others will understand that I cannot simply file the type of lawsuit you wanted me to file based on pure speculation without the support of any evidence. I attempted to explain this to you privately. So I hope that you will reconsider this harmful public review as it is inaccurate in that it states that I “killed your dream”. There simply was no evidence to support what you speculated. You know also that there were circumstances that caused significant delay with respect to providing me the information that I needed to review. I’ve helped numerous individuals obtain the justice they deserve for the past decade plus. Unfortunately it is not possible to obtain justice when the facts and evidence do not support it.
