My 70 year old father lived in his home over 2 decades before he decided to sell. I tried to help as much as possible but truth was neither of us had a clue about what to expect. Kingsley came and spent the afternoon with us not only explaining the process, what to expect, answering questions, walked us through options on how we wanted to sell the house (because the house is a fixer upper), but he was very patient the entire time. Throughout this whole process Kingsleys communication has been 10/10, and when our buyers tried to complicate and delay things Kingsley fought for us. With Kingsley we were treated like family and in the end my dad received a higher payout on his house than we were expecting. Highly recommend.
