Mr.Scott was very helpful, he walked me through the septic tank cleaning process and was extremely patient considering the Heat! My Husband and I were new to this.... it was very very Gross but necessary. Considering our tank had probably never been serviced, we think it was installed in the 70s..... A very Big Thank you for great service at a reasonable price! I highly recommend this company.

Recommend Eddies Septic without hesitation!! Very personable and helpful. Scott and his assistant were very mindful of my yard and where the least amount of damage would occur, from their vehicle. Explained in detail the procedure and listed all the dos and donts in having and maintaining a septic system. Having just bought my home, I had no inkling if the Spetic system had been pumped in all the years the house had been here, 25 years and guess what he discovered........It had never been pumped and I was months if not weeks, away from a extremely costly septic system issue. And that my friends can set you back 10k to 15k. In comparison to those price tags 350.00 was nothing. Your home warranty doesnt cover septic tank and system issues. Its a service most dont know they need and should have until its too late.
