Westminster of Decatur

This is the absolute best!!! Clean, organized, hospitable!! We wasn't sure how our mom would react to a memory care facility. The staff made the transition for her extra easy! She fell in love with the staff immediately!!! We LOVE Westminster!!!

I have worked as the Executive Director at Westminster for a little over 3 years. I have always felt a warm welcome when coming into this facility even prior to my employment. We do have a beautiful and clean facility. Here at Westminster not just one department but all genuinely do care about our residents and go above and beyond for them. I consider Westminster my home away from home and can actually say that it isnt just a job to me but a passion and love being a part of this team.

Hello my name is Lori McGregor. I am the Life Enrichment Coach at Westminster Assisted Living in Decatur Alabama. This is my 9th year here. I guess that tells you a lot about my facility. Yes, I call it my facility all the time because that's how I feel about it and the residents that live here with me. Not only are they my residents, I consider them to be my family too. I always tell our new move ins that we are not just here for the residents, we are also here for them too. So if you wanna be loved on , Westminster is the place to be!!!!!!!!!!!

I was very impressed with the staff and the level of care. The nurses, caregivers, and staff genuinely care about the residents. Overall great staff and facility!
