        Absolutely horrible customer service. We waited 10 months for an appointment and the day before they canceled and I was told they have 29,000 patients to one doctor and that confirming on the text message reminder does not hold your spot. Then the lady on the phone gave me nothing but attitude when I called to get a new appointment. You couldnt pay me to go back to this place

        Much more worth it to spend out of pocket at a credible dentist. This place is scary, idk where they get the people they hire, just dont do it. I was disgusted and will never step foot in there again. Not to mention the laughable excuse for customer service This place is terrible. Beware if you want your kids to have decent teeth..
