        You can't go in and sit down in the evening to eat, but the Krystal burgers are delicious and worth the money. And the service, in my opinion, was very good my wife and I will certainly go back.

        Asked for no onions on a sackful, and every burger on the side had onions. Online order said they had one thing, we get there Krystal tells us they don't have it. Waited 35 mins for food to be completed.... I think krystals is on a downfall and may have to be replaced by White Castle..... sorry Krystals, you just don't meet the standards anymore.

        The food was fine but we waited for 20 minutes for them to bring out the food. The restaurant was empty and there was only one other vehicle there that also had a long wait. The staff was very rude. Do better Krystal!
