Chasity is amazing! After spending half the day fighting with another insurance company I called her. I was so frustrated with the whole process. Chasity stepped right in and took control. By the end of the call I was relaxed and feeling more confident. She called me back with the policy, took the time to explain it all, and patiently answered all my questions.
