        The staff are ignorant and rude. I do not recommend it. I am sure half the positive reviews are fake. I rarely leave a negative review, this one is well earned. The owner reply blow shows how badly in denial they are.

        I booked and paid online in advance. Their website clearly states pets are allowed with no mention of any restriction. I also called in advance to make sure pets were welcome. When we arrived, after trying to pay pet fee, we were were told no cats and were told to leave because we had a cat. ( which was in a kennel) After a long conversation and insisting on a refund or credit for the room we had already paid for, the very rude front desk clerk called the police and reported we were refusing to leave. After long debate on the issue, the manager said well the cat could stay if we paid a pet fee( which is what I tried to do at the beginning) We finally got a refund after police and management were involved. I would recommend you stay away from this establishment! Very rude and very inconsiderate Noteworthy details: Rude front desk clerk

      Mr.Mohamed my staff is not rude nor are they ignorant and you need to take this awful name calling review down. You do not speak that way about good and hard working employees. It is hard enough to keep people these days and a big part of it is awful reviews like this. Our wonderful reviews are real. They are blood,sweat and tears bought.I will be reporting this name calling review.

      Good afternoon. Yes, "we accept pets", is what we're allowed to state online. There is only so much that we are able to state online, that's why it says to contact the hotel directly for further information. My front desk attendant was not rude in any manner; I was on the phone the entire time she was talking to you. Had you told her you had a cat a check in instead of sneaking it up the side entrance, it would have been no problem for her to conveniently find you another pet friendly hotel and would have saved you the trouble of unpacking just to pack them back up. We still, even after you refuse to leave, issued you a refund from the prepaid booking site that you said you would not get back. We are only able to do our jobs correctly when the guests are honest and up front. Sorry that you feel this establishment is rude and inconsiderate, but that could be farther from the truth.
