Poor service call.. pretty much an abortion. Id try another insurance brand. Sick of being on hold and sick of waiting.

My mother and I are on the same account. I was not with her when her car battery went dead on her car and she was in Columbus, Ga. Just across the bridge from where we live in Alabama. She is in her 70's. She called the number on the card to try and get help, but she only got a computer telling her she would have to go online to get help from Alabama because she was in Ga. She does not have a computer in her car and can barely use a cell phone. She did not talk to a live person. She called me and I tried to get someone to help her so I called AAA and was finally able to reach a real person, but they were in Florida and could not help her. I continued to try to reach Alabama AAA but was told through messages that they were all busy and could not help. Also, to go online and they would send someone. Tell me how an elderly person is supposed to get help when they do not know how to do this. They should be able to talk to a real person when they call for help. This is so wrong. what would happen if she was stranded in the middle of the night with no help and no one to answer her call. This needs to change. Alabama AAA is not good for elderly people. We were finally able to get her some help to get the car running but if we pay for their service, we should not have to rely on others to help when we are paying for them to help. This payment each year is useless if we don't get service
