Disappointing to show up at 7:50 only to find no one here working. Advertised as open at 7am.

It had been a while since I've been to this location since they were closed for a bit. However, I came back today and it's just like I remembered. The smoothies are still great and quickly made, the service is still incredibly friendly and patient with someone like me who takes forever to decide what their fruit or vegetable choices will be, and the place is still incredibly clean. I can't believe how great this store still looks with as old as it is and as much traffic as it sees. Well, I didn't have a chance to try one of their acai berry bowls. I did of course get the gladiator smoothie which was my old favorite and it's just as great as I remember. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're in the area and looking for a smoothie. Absolutely horrible customer service. They just reopened apparently with new owners. Previous owners or set up never had an real issues with. I go today first told the way to the speaker even another one car ahead of me. I order happen to repeat the order 3 times. These are not major issues however I then get up to the windowthe girl at the window I'm trying to scan my code takes the phone from my hand and drops it on the ground. I picked my phone up from the ground and after a couple of different people they finally figure out how to scan my app. I'm eventually asked to pull up. My bowl is brought out the bowl is not even half full. I ask the gentleman that brought it out is this correct he specifically says no this isn't. I said this is not how it's supposed to look and his response was well we were busy right now and we're just trying to do the best we can. So in essence I'm being told we're busy so you're gonna have to deal with Suba product to make up for our inability to handle our job properly. I tell the gentleman no I'm not purchasing this I want to refund I then go inside and apparently speak with the owner who does acknowledge that that is not made correct at all she does give me my refund and apologizes. However if this is the service that is gonna be accepted I will not return. My family and I easily spend $300 to 400 a month at this location before closed. Granted that's not enough to close a business but it's safe to say if you treated me like this you're gonna treat others the same. And just as a side note all the guy had to say was look you're right let me get this remade for you to be a few minutes. It's sure I would I've had to wait but at least it would have shown that they were trying to make things right.
