National Land Realty - Southeast Alabama

I purchased some acreage of forested land in SE Alabama for possible Future development in the early 2000's. In 2023 my strategic plans has changed and I wanted to place it on the market. A friend recommended Forest During with National Land Realty in Dothan and I contracted with him to handle the marketing piece. Forest did a professional job of getting the land in front of potential buyers and kept me fully informed at all times. On December 28, 2023 we closed the sale; I was well pleased with the results and especially the timing of the sale.
