After finding a home that can only be described as our dream, we nearly lost the transaction due to delays, lack of communication and mismanagement by a local lender. I began doing research trying to find the most highly recommended mortgage broker specializing in lending for those of us who are self employed business owners. Ross Sykes and Homefront Lending came up again and again. When I called Ross I was almost in tears trying to negotiate a contract extension and praying that he could help us close the deal. Immediately, he was fully transparent on timeline, what would be required and how he would act on our behalf. He never varied from those initial parameters he set up. He responded nearly immediately, was clear, handled all aspects with the utmost professionalism and helped us to close on a home that our children will know was their parents dream. Will Abbott was AMAZING to work with. I had the seller in the transaction, but Will kept us in the loop on the process and progress of the loan and made things so much easier for me and my seller. Wills communication skills are hands down THE VERY BEST!! He works hard for his buyers but equally as hard for the sellers (agents) to aid in a smooth transition to closing.
