We had an old oak tree that died and needed to be removed. We found Big John's Tree Service Fairhope on line and gave them a call. Jeanne answered and was quick with an answer to all of my questions. The next day a man came out to our home in Point Clear, looked at our tree and gave us a fair priced estimate for tree removal and stump grinding. Two days later the tree service crew arrived as I was preparing to leave for work. The crew chief showed his customer service skills and experience as he assured there would be no problems and all would be taken care of. When I came home from work the tree and the stump were removed. I was very pleased with Big John's Tree Service and now recommend them to my Point Clear neighbors.

I needed a tree removal company to clear an area on my property near Barnwell. Big John's Tree Service was recommended by a friend and I am glad I called. The next day a man came and gave me a reasonable quote for cutting trees and stump grinding. On Monday the crew arrived early and got to work. Well before the end of the day Big John had removed all of the tree and stumps. I was happy with the experience and would not hesitate to recommend their tree service to anyone.

Tree fell on neighbors and my house during Sally and the tree crew from big johns came out and worked for two days and did a great job with a complete clean up with reasonable price. Highly recommend
