        I have a son who is not the easiest person to get through to. Many attorneys would have given up trying to help him. Mr. Jennings never has. He returns e-mails quickly, and is patient and polite doing so, although I am certain that he is a very busy man. I highly recommend his services as an attorney and would like to tell anyone considering hiring Mr. Jennings that he is also an honest, likeable man.

        I hired him 2 months after my husband died and he wouldn’t provide me with an invoice or refund after the case was settled. He won my case because it was easy to win. Most people don’t know that even if a lawyer wins your case he may still owe you money if you paid upfront. If he would keep money owed to a recent widow he’d probably do it to you too. I’d ask him for an invoice and if he won’t provide one then a complaint to the ABA which is free should straighten him out. Shameful behavior for a lawyer who makes tons of money to take from his clients.
