        I had my first wonderful Popeyes experience in New Orleans in the summer of 1982. I was greeted with bright smiles, great service and awesome chicken. Over the years, I got to know the Popeyes founder, Al Copeland and we became friends. 42 years later I had the same great experience in Fort Payne, Alabama with the new amazing chicken sandwich. I know Al is looking down and is proud of the Popeyes team. Thank you Thang!

        Waited 20 minutes for uncooked soggy fries and a burnt chicken sandwich. Workers were clueless and how to work the registers. Do not recommend this location.
