Hello Mathew, We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We log our correspondence with all clients so we are a little confused as to why. On October 14, 2021 we provided you with a quote. At that point you decided to wait until spring. On April 19, 2022 you called us to confirm pricing and resend the quote. After confirming the quote we re-issued it within 24 hours. On April 26th you let us know that you accepted the quote. The next day (27th) we spoke to you about scheduling your project and you asked us to speak with your wife about a good time. Our staff called your wife and she wanted to speak to you about it first and would be back in touch. We did not hear back until May 24th 2022 when you asked for our sales representative to give you a call. At that time we let you know that our representative's wife was in the hospital so it may be a day or two. On May 26th two days later he called back and you asked that we wait and talk later because you were out of town. This was our last correspondence with you. We strive to provide not only quality work but a great experience for each of our clients. We sincerely regret that we did not meet your expectations. Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to help improve our processes.
