Swimming Pool Rescue Squad

Paid in full for a new pump to be placed. Talked to him for a month trying to get him over here. He finally shows up and drops the pump off then wouldnt respond to text messages for a week. Pool was over filling because of all the rain and the temperature was getting into the 20s so we were afraid the pipes would freeze. My husband attempted to wire it himself then he finally shows up and refuses to touch the pump or give us the money back that we paid him for labor because he says my husband used the old wires and the same pipe that was on there so it voided the warranty. My husband tells him he agrees that he voided the warranty and is ok with that but he would still like for him to come wire it right and he still refuses.
