PuroClean Restoration Services

We had a fire at our house in Renton in Nov 2023. Brendon, Jordan and the whole team of Puroclean were very professional in their cleanup work. They were courteous, helpful and empathetic during the weeks of work they did at the house. Brendon was the project manager and he was great in keeping me up to date about the progress of the work. He went above & beyond to help out in any request I put in to Puroclean. I would recommend them 100% for this kind of cleanup work after a fire hazard. I have an edit on the previous review. Right after they got paid from my insurance and after I posted a positive review things went south. Brendon stopped responding to my phone calls. They still had my stuff and I had questions but was difficult to get hold of them. Now they have delivered my stuff and things are broken, stuff is missing and Ive just opened 10% of the total stuff. Im also not sure what sort of cleaning they do because my sofa and dining table chairs are dirty as hell. Im taking down my review to 2 stars.

Shawn and Nelson came in and done a great job removing carpet and cutting away damaged walls due to flooding. Very friendly and efficient work and answered all of my questions. Left the basement clean afterwards. Highly recommend puroclean!

Sump pump quit and flooded basement. Called Puroclean they came right out and got the situation under control. The first call was in the middle of the night and then they came back on Monday morning and had to remove wall panels and tile floor in the basement. So far doing a great job. You cant go wrong making them the first call for emergency services

I do not recommend this company. I had the AKA president of the company come out and give me a quote never heard from him again. I called him he guaranteed me he was going to give me a quote and he ghosted me. So he's going to go see me on a quote he'll ghost me on the job.
