        Richard Rhea has been working on my husbands VA case for over five years and it still has not been settled. I would not recommend this person. You will never be able to speak to him directly. His Assistant has limited access to answers she can give. Do not waste your time, effort or money here, there are too many Attorneys in Gadsden that are willing to really help people.
