This company told me that they start out at $450 goes up from there. Adding $100 if it's over a foot deep. Adding $100 if it's over 1000 gallon tank. It was NOT over a foot, barely 8"-9" deep actually. And as I just now found out, my tank is a 1000 gallon tank and they told me it was 1500 gallons. My tank has two chambers and I'm told that 1500 has three chambers. So I thought I was going to be somewhere between$450-$650. And honestly since they came out same day and late at that, I would have been happy with $650. BUT when they said $965, I was floored! I thought long and hard about writing my check for $650 and that's what I should have done. So take that for what it is. I highly suggest that you get someone else. Don't let these guys take advantage of you. Good luck...

Terrible experience. I called yesterday; spoke with Serena. Polite but intentionally evasive when I asked about the price for a simple clearing of kitchen sink drain. I can imagine that she has been trained to avoid answering that question because challenges crop up during service that cannot be foreseen. However, I asked, 'So, are we talking about something between $40 and a thousand dollars?' 'This is just a simple kitchen sink drainage clearing. Is it like $400?' she simply refused to give me any answer, even going so far as to state that she didn't have that kind of information in the office. Well, I can tell you that she had enough information to tell me that the guys (who were both very polite and professional) were going to charge me a MINIMUM of $700 to run their snake down my sink vent pipe. I simply could not afford that level of service, so I apologized to the guys for having to take time to come by, just to tell me that. That's when they informed me that they had to charge me $65 (plus a fee for using my card) just to pull up at my house. Now, this was after Serena had told me that they would arrive sometime between 10 (am) and 2 (pm). They had arrived at 3:45. Almost 2 hours later than the projected window. In fact, at 1:42 I had called Serena just to make sure they were coming and was told they had something take longer than expected this morning. (Hmmm... maybe when the morning job ran long would have been a good time to let me know I would be waiting almost 6 hours for service) So, they wasted the vast majority of my work day, arrived very late and charged me $67.60. I have read the boss's responses to other reviewers and his statements that he'll make it right. I'm looking forward to receiving a $67.60 return to my Master Card. Thank You. - Ed

Fred was dispatched ASAP and was so courteous and friendly. Worked hard and was very honest and forthcoming with assessments of the situation. Will follow up with plumber and additional information next day. He did all he could do the remedy problems but will require more extensive work than could be done today. Will definitely use this service and recommend it to others.
