        This was my first time going to Aspen Dental and my experience was great! This was my 1st impression, but it has changed a year later. This company made me prepay for the services they said I need, but after 2 appointments, I had a bad experience with the medication and did not want to finish the rest of the appointments. I tried to get a refund, but I was given the run around. Here I am a year later and still no refund. I paid them over 1,400.00 but I only got a deep cleaning and 1 filling. No matter how many times I called, no results not even from the Corporate office! I do not recommend Aspen Dental! Buyer beware!!!!!

        Company severely overcharges for services and did not apply my insurance coverage accurately. Said my insurance would only pay a small amount even though they actually pay 50%. They clearly only want to service people that do not have dental insurance so they can gouge them. This company lacks integrity.
