We had our two water heaters installed by this company years ago. One malfunctioned yesterday (2/16/2021, of course always on the very cold weather). I called the company line and reported the problem and requested service. Zack called me yesterday around 1 pm and he promised to try to come here around 8 am today 2/17/2021.He never showed up or called me to reschedule. I called him around 8:10 this morning and have not heard from him yet. Very unprofessional and disappointing service. This is my first call and contact with this company. We are still sitting in the cold and waiting for the service. Service: Water heater repair
