DO NOT GO HERE- THEY PRAY ON YOU LOVING YOUR DOG. My dog got a huge cut on her paw. I went in at about 11:30-12:00. Called before driving an hour and a half and they said there would be a $105 charge for An emergency Fee to see, no problem. So when I get there we go in, not 3 mins after being here I hear the word "estimate." Then in the next 20 i hear that same word again, 3 more times. The vet comes in after 20 mins (we were the only ones there) and says she'll need stitches. "One second let me get your quote." After waiting another 10 mins, nurse comes in and hands me the paper. $550-$750 FOR STITCHES?! I understand it being an emergency, but this is just robbery. They know you don't want your animals hurting so they Charge 6x-8x. I paid 105 for it being an emergency in the first place. That is so messed up. I told them no, that was ridiculous saying I had 2 dewclaws a spay for $160. I asked them to just bandage it up. Still cost me around $270. I went to Marks animal hospital (she told me I should have called her and she would've met me that night- CALL YOUR LOCAL VET IF ITS AFTER HOURS, a lot will meet with you in the dead of night and still be cheaper than this place), we paid $75 to get her stitched up. They gave us a cone and kept her over night to make sure she was stable. Update: Make sure to read all the other 1 star reviews!!

The neurology team here is the best you will ever find. They did brain tumor surgery on my sweet 17 year old and she is back to her normal spunky self now. They always answer any questions, dont make you feel rushed, and didnt care if I called every 5 minutes to check on her when she was there. I know a lot of times people dont get the same outcome as we have, but we are so blessed to still have her here. It would not even be possible without these people for sure. Most doctors would probably turn away a 17 year old, but they took great care of her and gave us all of the options. I have been to other emergency centers in Florida when I lived there and it was awful! I was so scared to come here, but as soon as I walked in the door I knew we would be ok.

If your in a hurry(emergency) do NOT go here. We waited for over an hour and nobody checked on us. This was on a Sunday but if you're going to have an "Emergency Clinic" you would think this place would have enough staffing to take care of more than 1 at a time ! Not good !

I wouldn't have given even one star if there would have been a choice to give these people a minus stars. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I ever took my dog there. These people Don't care about the animals at all. They don't care about anything except for the money it seems to me like. I've never seen such a scam in my life or a bad attitudes of all the employees, especially when you decide to not let them completely rob you. I mean they legally rob you right out the gates saying you know if we have to resuscitate . your dog it's going to cost you $500. Otherwise you have to sign I think 3 different forms stating for them not to resuscitate your dog but if they do that is going to cost you $500 . I've never in my life ever seen anything so unprofessional and uncaring in my life is for them to say that to people . Me myself. I have mental disability and my dog is my emotional support dog. That means everything to me. And they explain to me after of course me saying I didn't want to sign that about the resuscitation part that they that was necessary for them to do because sometimes people brought animals in there that couldn't be saved. So basically that told me that they would still treat a dog that they knew would not live through the treatment just to get the money. And then on top of it want to charge him another $500 if they wanted to resuscitate it. In their words "IT ". This is a poor example of vet that I ever have seen. They were totally disgusted when I told them I didn't want them to treat or do anything more than they already have to my dog. Now I understand why they call it an emergency vet and stay open 24 hours. That way they can rob anyone that walks in the door. And not get any or very little return business. And the return business is probably from someone that never went to any other vet before. And just don't know better. They told me they didn't know what was wrong with my dog. And yet they wanted to give him medicine. It took 3 hours for them still not to know what was wrong with him. Cost me $128 and they say I owe 75 more tree and I was the only one there. I am telling everyone if you care about your animal do not take them here. Because they charge more definitely does not make them a specialist or someone that cares about your animal. Just another example how much lower expectations and performance has declined to over the years. And yet they wanna charge more.
