Willow Run Adventist Towers

I'm try to get help for my mother. She moved in this past September. Her apartment has so many problems. The air conditioners does not work properly, leaking in her kitchen, dish washer is not even set up to work, roaches, no hot water to take a proper bath, and now her heat is not working. This in unacceptable. This is no way to treat seniors. It's getting colder outside. They're doing nothing about it either. They are very misleading and dishonest. We're trying to seek help. My family will not allow this place to continue operating like this.

Lived there 9 months but having to pay for 12 mo which is on lease! They are renovating apt building! Looking good

Please help!!! My grandmother lives here and they have been remodeling the building since before December of 2019. All of the people in the building are elderly and some have now been forced (with their handicaps) to pack up all of their belongings which were then taken from them and locked up and held against their will. When they ask for permission they are being denied in an inhumane demeanor. And have been moved out into temporary units for months without their personal belongings. There has been evidence of mold/roach infestation for years which has affected their already declining health and I strongly believe they are breaking laws by not allowing people to have any access to their personal belongings. They are being treated poorly from my understanding and denied any form of help and are now living in fear everyday. I cannot help from California. If anyone knows anything please help. These are our elders and they dont deserve to be treated this way. I have video and photo documentation of some of the deplorable acts being committed here and am seeking out legal counsel. If you know of anyone living here please help. Blessings

This company is very misleading, no honesty when dealing with peoples lives, very poor management,and the entire staff could use better leadership if the public is not getting the customer service I can only imagine how they treat the human beings that live there.
