Well my tenant days are over with. I moved on to something better. I havent been with this property for too long maybe a month. They just took over the Torrance apartments and i had a nice transition over in meeting the owners and being taken care off. They didnt increase rent or change anything from my lease. Love it. Mr.Patel is very understanding.

Student living at Torrance Dr apartment (4 years). New management gave notice of entry for a Google Fiber installation, but with a window of two weeks. I refuse to lock up my cat every day for two weeks while I'm at work, so I asked Mr Patel to let me know when the contractors would be at my apartment. He agreed to let me know. Except he never did. A week later, I came home from work to find my cat locked in the bedroom, my closet disheveled, and my stuff strewn all over the room. The new management has no respect for people's privacy or their belongings. But honestly, management is the least of the problems at the Torrance apartments. This place is a rancid ghetto and it's hard to decide which is more unbearable: the smell, the noise, or the neighbors... but it is definitely the neighbors. I've lived in many low income neighborhoods and in multiple states, and this is hands down the worst neighborhood I've ever lived in: blasting hiphop 24/7, car headlights shining into in your living room all night, trash littered everywhere, gun shots, revving motorcycle engines, people screaming at each other, strangers taking up all the tenant parking spaces, loud parties every weekend, the constant stench of weed and cigars, used condoms and human feces in the laundry rooms, homeless people wandering the parking lot at night,... I could go on, but you get the picture.
